How to make money with your Website:
An example of pricing
[ All prices are in Australian dollars - To convert into your preferred currency, refer to Oanda's online currency converter ]
To give you an idea of the price, a basic site, with 12 to 20 individual Web pages and a shopping cart with an inventory of up to 100 items, would consist of the following costs:
- Commercial site hosting and delegation on a fast and reliable server, pair.com: $20.00/month.
- Domain name registration:
Domain names can be registered through gandi.net for approximately $20.00 (Australian) a year.
- Programming, layout, shopping cart, search engine basic registration, and all other operations described above would take approximately 30 hours at $25.00 an hour.
Obviously, if you wanted something really unique, it could take a lot longer. Also, if you want some very special graphics done, we know some first class graphic designers, but they tend to be a bit on the expensive side.
